We work the gamepass price backwards from what we owe you, so the amount you're quoted is the amount you actually get. We show both figures on screen when you get there, so there's nothing to calculate yourself.

When does the Robux actually land?
We buy your gamepass immediately — usually within seconds of you pasting the link. But Roblox holds gamepass earnings for roughly 3–5 days before they reach your balance. That's Roblox's pending period and it applies to every gamepass sale on the platform.
"Instant" here means the trade and the quote, not Roblox's payout schedule. If your balance hasn't moved yet, nothing has gone wrong.
Why only complete sets?
A set is a hammer half plus a gemstone half. We resell them as sets, so a lone half isn't something we can move — and confirming both halves at matching quantities is also how we make sure we're reading your trade correctly before any Robux moves.
If you add one half, the trade screen tells you which half is missing rather than just declining you.
What if I add something you don't buy?
You'll see it flagged in red on the trade screen before you accept, with the item named. Take it out and carry on — you keep your slot and your quote, and nothing is held against you.
The only thing that costs you is locking in a trade that still has a flagged item in it, or being brought an account and never opening a trade. Both put you on a short cooldown, because the account is sat waiting on you either way.
Can the Robux go to a different account?
Yes, and it's common. After the trade you're asked which account should receive the payout — it's prefilled with the account you traded from, but you can change it to any Roblox account you control.
The gamepass then has to be created by that account. We check the creator before buying, so a mismatch is caught and explained rather than silently paid to the wrong place.
Do you pay in store credit or items?
No — Robux only. If you're selling here you're converting items into currency, and paying you back in items or shop credit would defeat the point.
Why does it say buying is paused?
We only let people into the queue while we can definitely cover every payout we already owe. When we're near that limit the queue closes until it's topped up.
It's a house-side pause, never anything to do with your account, and it carries no penalty. Nothing was traded and your position isn't affected — just come back a little later.
Do prices change while I'm in the queue?
Not for you. Your prices are snapshotted the moment you join and honoured for the whole session, even if we change our rates or turn an item off in the meantime.
The quote does expire after 15 minutes if you never start a trade — at that point you just start again for a fresh one, with no penalty.
What if the trade goes wrong halfway?
A Roblox trade only completes while both sides are accepted, so a trade that breaks off simply doesn't happen — nothing changes hands.
If items did reach us but anything about the read doesn't line up, we don't pay automatically. The sale goes to a person with the trade screenshot attached, and it gets finished by hand. Your items are never in limbo without someone looking at it.
Is there a limit on how much I can sell?
Each item has a daily cap per person and an overall daily cap, both shown on the buy list above as "up to N today". There's also a ceiling on a single payout — if your trade would go over it, the screen tells you and you can split it across two trades.
